We had a devastating amount of water entering the entire downstairs of our hotel.  I called SERVPRO of Winter Haven and they were onsite within 15 minutes as they were just down the street.

Thanks to their speediness and expertise our first floor rooms were only out of service for 6 days.  By them using their drying techniques we prevented what could have been a complete disaster by having mold on top of the water damage.
