Woke up to a mess.  The ice-maker started leaking in the night and there was water everywhere.  I called SERVPRO of Winter Haven and they were able to clean up the water and dry everything out without a major headache.  Thanks SERVPRO

I had a water leak in the upstairs laundry room in my home.  I called SERVPRO of Winter Haven and they were able to extract all of the standing water.  They placed a bunch of drying machines throughout the entire house which not only dried the flooring and walls, but they dried my furniture too.  Thank you SERVPRO

Long story short, had a water leak that caused a mold issue in my home. The next day a tech Chris came out inspected the problem. An estimate was given on the mold removal & the rebuild. The mold removal started right away. Met with John, who is in charge of the rebuilds, & Chris & all of my questions were answered to my liking. The rebuild was started & actually came in a lot cheaper than the estimate. The work was done in a timely & efficient manner. What I really appreciated was the fact John & Chris listened to my concerns & did all they could to handle them. The professionalism of Chris & John & the rest of the crew was top notch. I would highly recommend SP of Winter Haven & would gladly use them again. 5 stars for sure.

I can't say enough about Julio and John; they turned a disaster into a minor hiccup in life.
