Water & Hidden Mold Damage

Customer had an ice maker line break while on vacation that resulted in both water and mold damage. A good tip is to shut off your water either at the appliance or the whole house if you are leaving your home unoccupied for extended period of time, this would have prevented this type of damage. On this project SERVPRO of Winter Haven performed water mitigation, replaced damaged drywall, cabinets, & carpeting. Before photo shows mold damaged drywall. After photo shows after re-build.
